She earned her doctorate degree from Northwestern University, where she served as president of their Student Academy of Audiology chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Monroe enjoys getting to know each patient\u2019s individual goals and hearing and balance needs. She strives to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families through education, compassion and conscientious listening. Her goal is to provide individualized care while ensuring her patients feel confident in their hearing and balance health care decisions. She believes in taking the time to thoroughly explain test results and recommendations so patients are involved and well-informed.
